Can orders be shipped to Canada?
This web store is not set up for sales outside of the United States. We have a list of Canadian Distributors that may be able to fill your needs. If they do not have what you want please contact us at i[email protected] for further instructions.
How soon will my order arrive?
Orders typically are processed within 3 business days. Ground shipping usually takes an additional 3-5 business days. Please note during the months of January-April, extended shipping should be expected.
Shipping is done thru the Troyer's Birds' Paradise
Once your order is received it is faxed to to the Troyer's. During the busy season (January - April) expect delays. You will find any delays listed in the header and/or on the check out page. If none are listed we are back to normal shipping time.
How can I track my order?
When your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive an email containing your tracking number(s). It may take between 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated. Multiple packages may deliver over several days.
What if I didn't receive an email with tracking info for my order?
Please check your spam / junk folders.
Can I make changes to my order?
Once your online order is confirmed (you will receive an email, not in your inbox, please check you spam / junk folder), it is immediately transmitted to our fulfillment warehouse. Please call us immediately to make any adjustments to your order.
What if I changed my mind and want to Cancel my order?
Due to administrative fees we will refund you less 5% of your order total. This will cover the costs of credit card and PayPal fees. Exceptions apply. Please call us to Cancel your order.
Purple Martin Products is not responsible if an incorrect/incomplete shipping address is provided at checkout.
Customer is responsible for any additional. shipping costs associated with re-routing an order, and customers will be responsible for contacting the carrier. Please review your confirmed order to be sure the address is correct. Please provide both a USPS and FedEx deliverable address.
Who is responsible for lost or stolen items?
Purple Martin Products is not responsible for lost or stolen items if FedEx, USPS or UPS can confirm delivery at the address provided. If the tracking number confirms your package was delivered and you have not received it, please initiate a lost package claim with the appropriate carrier associated with your package. To avoid delivery problems we highly suggest you sign up for FedEx Ship Manager. It is a free service that will notify you by email, of any packages (from any company that ships using FedEx) with expected delivery date. Missing a package, please check with your neighbors first.
