Mistakes happen, you change your mind. I understand.
Due to the rising costs of credit card/PayPal fees, we have implemented some changes as to how Cancelled Orders are handled:
Cancel the order within a few hours of order placement, full refund.
Cancel the order days later: You will have your choice of the following:
- Refund less credit card fees
- A store credit for the full amount.
Please contact us and let us know if your would prefer a refund or store credit.
There are always exceptions and cancelled orders will be reviewed on a case-by-case scenario.
