In order to process a damaged or defective claim you will first need to email us photos of the damaged item.   

Please include your: 

  • Name
  • Order Number
  • Description of the damage. 

The manufacturer will send a replacement (part or entire unit, at their discretion) as well as a prepaid return label for the damaged item.   

Please keep all packaging materials for up to 60 days as inspection by the shipping carrier can occur.
