Gourd Mounting Arms- Horizontal Style

Question

Q: The GMAH 45's are currently configured to be angled in one direction (left?). Would the manufacturer be willing to make 45's in the opposite direction so that gourds could be angled both left, AND right? I'm currently working on a project that would benefit from rack arms angled in both directions. Thank you.

Q: I have a home made 2-story martin house that is mounted on top of a 4x4 treated pole 16.5 feet off the ground. The pole is sandwiched between two 4X4 base poles cemented into the ground and allows raising and lowering the house for cleaning. I want to mount a gourd system about 1 foot under the existing house. Will the top left bracket allow me to mount gourd rods to the 4x4 pole using 2 inch deck screws?

Unfortunately, the manufacturer has no time to do custom orders, however that does not mean you can't change the angle of the GMA yourself.

To do that your GMA should be bolted onto your gourd rack. Take a piece of conduit tubing that has an interior dimension not much larger than the GMA, insert the conduit tubing over the GMA and pull or push till you have the desired results.

To make the job easier, have some length to the tubing, perhaps 12". That will help with leverage. It will take some effort, but you don't need to be Hercules to do it either.

Will work best using the Horizontal 90 GMA which you can then bend to a left of right 45 degree. Not recommended with Vertical GMA's.

A: Gourd mounting arms are bolted onto either the round rack, super systems, AAA or gemini gourd rack. I don't think they ill work on a triangular pole, sorry.

I would recommend the C-brackets and gourd arms. You would mount the C-bracket to your hub using the screws, then slip the gourd arm into the bracket.
