Order Placement / Help with Order 

There are two ways to place an order: 

  • Using this web store 
  • Phone (814-232-5048) orders are accepted Monday - Thursday 3:30 - 5:00 PM EST. 

Guest Checkout: 

You do not need to make an account to check out.  You will still need to provide an email address and you will receive tracking information.  However by not making an account I won't be able to locate your order should you have any questions/problems.  Instead you will need to provide me with your order number for me to find and or help you with any problems or questions.

Checkout

We highly recommend you checkout and make an account with password.  The benefits include:

  • Multiple orders under your name and address, easy to locate.
  • Both phone and web orders are linked to your account.

Payment: 

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express 
  • You can also pay using your Apple or Google Pay accounts.  
  • Sorry we don’t accept checks. 
  • Effective July 1, 2025 PayPal will no longer be accepted.

Tax Exempt Organizations in Pennsylvania (only) will need to provide the necessary documents before placing the order in order to receive the tax exemption.  Please Contact Us for help. 

Order Conformation Email.

Once an order has been submitted you will receive an “Order Confirmation”.  Here you will find your Order Number, Order Date and your Bill To and Ship To address. 

Sometimes, Order Confirmations end up in your emails junk or spam folders.  This is especially true for gmail and yahoo users. Please check your Order Confirmation ASAP to be sure your address and what your ordered is correct. 

It is the customers responsibility to provide a valid ship to address.  

UPS and Fed Ex charge a minimum of $18.00 PER package for address corrections.  The customer will be billed for this fee if you provide an incorrect address.  It is not this web stores responsibility to verify your address, it is yours.   (If the shipping department entered it incorrectly you will not be responsible)  

 I made a mistake, what do I do? 

If you made a mistake in your order or forgot to add an item DO NOT place a second order.  Instead, please call, 814-232-5048.  Leave a message explaining what you would like to do or if the address needs updating.  

Should you choose to place a second order and the handling fee applies it will not be reimbursed, even if the shipping department combines your order.   

Please do not leave comments regarding business hours, gate codes, or special delivery instructions.  We have no way of making sure the shipping carrier will read it.  Instead you should have a relationship with the major carriers (UPS, Fed Ex, USPS) as to how or where you want packages delivered.
