The Polywood T-14 Purple Martin House combines the classic T-14 design with durable Polywood and AZEK construction. It provides Purple Martins with 14 roomy nesting compartments while giving landlords a substantial housing system that requires less exterior maintenance than a traditional wood house.
The Polywood construction will not rot, crack, or peel and does not require routine exterior painting. Choose your preferred roof color and entrance style to create a T-14 setup that fits your colony and property.

Designed for Nest Checks and Colony Care
Large front access doors open to expose multiple nesting compartments at a time, making routine nest checks, nest changes, and end-of-season cleaning easier. The house is designed to lower vertically so eggs and young are disturbed as little as possible during regular colony management.
