Returns - Exchanges - Damaged - Cancellation 


Here at Purple Martin Products your satisfaction is very important to us, therefore we provide you with a 30 day return window.  Items to be returned must be unused.  Customer is responsible for the cost of returning the unused items.

  • All items to be returned in NEW/UNUSED condition within 30 days of invoice date.  
  • The returned item must include all the parts as well as the instruction manual
  • You must notify us by email or phone of your intent to return your product .
  • You must include INSIDE the package your name, address, phone number and order number.  How else are we to know whose it is?

You have your choice of a refund: 

  •  Refund in the form of a paper check less the 20% restock fee OR
  • A Store Credit for the full amount. 
  • Please note, PMP is still charged the 20% fee whether you take the store credit or refund.  This is a service I offer.


To exchange the product you will need to contact us for directions on how to proceed as well as any additional fees associated with the exchange,  

Damage Claims. 

If your packaging appears damaged open the boxes and check your package for damaged or missing pieces. Use your instruction sheet as a guideline. Please notify us with any damage, ideally within 30 days, and if possible, include a photo of the damage (we use the photos for our claims). We will repair or replace the damaged item at our expense. 

Defective Item

Defective product is warranted by the manufacturer.  Please email photos of the defective item(s) so that I can submit them for review.  

Lost or Stolen Products

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.  Both UPS and FedEx are now photographing the delivery as proof.   If you have any questions regarding the status of your packages please refer to FedEx, UPS or USPS.  We do provide tracking numbers which you can use to follow the delivery of your order.  Also both UPS and FedEx have free delivery programs you can sign up for.  They let you know they received a package to the day it will be delivered.  USPS has Informed Delivery, also a free service.


We will cancel your order with no charges as long as the order has not been packaged.  Once the order is on the dock it is considered shipped.  You generally have a day to change your mind.  During the months of February - April you have longer.  Please contact us as soon as possible.
