Lost or Stolen Items / Tracking Numbers
We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages and can not replace them.
We highly recommend you sign up for all three free delivery services from the major carriers we use.
Many carriers such as Fed Ex and UPS are now posting photos where the package was delivered. Please log in to Fed Ex or UPS, enter your tracking number to view this photo.
Delivery Tips / Tracking Number Info
- If you are not going to be home make arrangements for a neighbor to receive the packages.
- Tracking numbers are provided for ALL orders except catalogs.
- Tracking numbers are uploaded the day after your order ships
- Depending on your order you may receive one to multiple tracking numbers.
- Multiple tracking number emails state the order is a “Partial Shipment”. We are referring to each package being “partial” to the complete order.
- We ONLY ship orders complete.
