With 14 roomy nesting compartments, deep cavities, individual porches, and a choice of entrance styles, this house is designed for serious Purple Martin landlords who want the benefits of cedar construction with less roof maintenance.

Designed for Nest Checks and Colony Care
Each section opens from the front, allowing landlords to check nests, perform nest changes, and care for newly hatched young while minimizing disturbance to older nestlings in neighboring compartments.
The house lowers vertically on the pole, helping keep eggs and young level during routine nest checks and colony management.
