Troyer's Poly S&S Controller
A durable, low-maintenance repeating trap housing designed to capture European Starlings and House Sparrows near your Purple Martin colony.
Troyer's Poly S&S Controller is the housing portion of the S&S trapping system. It is designed to attract European Starlings and House Sparrows to a separate nesting-style structure near your Purple Martin colony, where they can be captured before interfering with your martin housing.
The Poly construction provides a durable, weather-resistant alternative to the Cedar Controller while using the same automatic-reset trapping design.

Important Trap Monitoring
The S&S Controller is a live-trapping system and must be checked frequently whenever it is operating. Remove captured birds promptly. Any non-target native bird that may be captured should be released immediately and unharmed.
Frequent monitoring is especially important during warm or cold weather and whenever the trap is actively capturing birds.
