Delivery of your order depends on the time of the year and yes if the item is in stock. The busiest time of the year for shipping when backlogs always happen begins in February and can continue thru April.
To avoid this try to place orders from the end of December thru the middle of January. Orders are shipped in the order they are received, meaning the oldest always ship first.
The Troyers do not offer expedited shipping services. I can always ask but I can never promise it will happen.
There are shipping estimates on your "Order Confirmation" that is emailed to you upon completion of your order. Your order may cue a few days at the warehouse but once shipped it generally takes 2-5 days, depending on how far you are from Pennsylvania, for delivery of the order.
Tracking numbers are uploaded as well and are automatically emailed to you via the web store.
Multiple packages may not arrive on the same day, please give an extra day or 2 to make sure you have all your packages, or use the tracking links to verify the status of delivery.
Both UPS and Fed Ex have "Delivery Managers" that are free to sign up for. These free services provide you with an email notification of a pending delivery. USPS has "Informed Delivery" which works the same way in notifications, just a longer process to get set up.
